If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team or cancel the order in order history section.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to your Harsha and Rakesh wallet after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
We are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders.

We have gone through every aspect of this and revised it and made it more stringent in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic. And currently for our services, in our salons, academies and offices we follow this revised protocol.
According to WHO as well as information available in the public domain, majority of people that have tested positive are asymptomatic, which means that they show zero symptoms of the virus. There is therefore a chance that an infected individual might be able to pass through all the measures that we have in place without raising a red flag.
Notwithstanding all that we are doing, our Customers are requested to be aware of this and take their own considered decision to avail of our services and visit our salons and premises. In the event of anyone testing positive our liability will be limited to being as supportive with reporting and sharing information to help the individual seek medical attention and contain it for those in the contact list
Harsha & Rakesh Salon Pvt. Ltd. will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.
Cessation of Operation. Harsha & Rakesh Salon Pvt. Ltd. may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.
